I see this done on youtube on Al and Ed's Autosound channel. Looks like a totally wicked install, how long did it take you/how hard was it? How much did it end up costing? I love my E320 4matic wagon, and could totally see doing something like this one day.

It was a good days work, but well worth it. It was alot harder than a single din, lots of mod work. A single din is plug and play.The radio was $770 at Amazon, I already had the wiring adapter and the antenna adapter, but they are cheap.

That's awesome. I had ( car sold) a single din kenwood that I loved but the buttons were really little and not intuitive but sounded awesome. Double din makes the dash look much more up to date. Nice job. I assume it' goes through the stock bose amp. Mine did. Huge upgrade on radio audio quality and now you have Bluetooth audio and phone
