Roof rack identification

Can anyone tell me who the manufacture or distributor of these roof cross bars was? There are no markings on them that I can find. And the key plate does not have any markings/numbers either. I would like to try and get keys for them. Attached are some pictures I hope. They are on a 2002 e320.
