I have a 2002 mercedes e320 i would like to know if anyone knows where the pressure tank and vacuum tank is located in the car

are you asking where the pneumatic systems equipment is located aka PSE pump ?
if so, it is under the rear seat on the right side surrounded by foam, adjacent to
the battery and fuse cluster. the one with all the hoses hanging from the outlets
