I have an '02 Benz E320 4 matic that a tree limb fell through and broke several months ago.
Safelite AutoGlass has ordered three different rear windows and each glass doesn't match the rear window defroster attachments.
Does this make sense to anyone?

seeing as how there are 5 variations, it would be prudent for someone to
pull your VIN and get a matching window for your car. do you know if they
performed this task?

I don't know Raymond but I'll find out. I didn't know there were different variations. Allegedly the glass company ordered from the MB factory in Germany. I'll inquire and let you know.
