Cabin and Air Filter
What is the standard mileage to which you should change your cabin air filter and air filter?
I pulled my air filter out the other day to see how clean it was, and it looks still good, but I'm not much of a car expert, so I didn't really know what it is suppose to look like, or if there was a procedure to check it properly.
I bought my 97 E320 with 73K miles on it, and now it is at 83K miles. So I figured I would do some preventative maintenance on it besides the oil changes every 5000 miles with Mobile 1 synthetic.
Any other suggestions other than the cabin air filter & air filter I should check?

I think they change the charcoal cabin filter after 20 K miles,,but Im not sure about the engine air filter. To eleviate the question,I put in a K&N air filter,,good for about 100K,,then just clean it with the special oil they sell.
Hope that helps.
