Changing Spark Plugs of '96 E320

Please post step-by-step with pictures on how to change spark plugs of '96 E320. Questions: (1) Do you change every 30K or 60K? Manual says 30K but I know of one guy who swears that he can change after 60K+ without any problem using OEM. (2) Do you stay with OEM or higher performance plugs. Thanks

My dealer says 100K. I asked them to change mine at 60K and without even looking at my engine they said not necessary to change plugs. I asked them to change suspension and they said not necessary. Car serviced by only two dealers (one mile apart) its entire life. I guess they really know my car.

I just bought 12 denso iridium plugs which I will change by myself ...
