how often do the rear emergency brake shoes need to be replaced?
Is it relatively frequent, or like they could last a long time?

2006 E350
I have a W211 2006 E350 and my emergency brake shoes needs replacing. I need help with changing them. Does anyone know how to replace them. Thanks

If they are used for the sole purpose of holding the car in place they should last the life of the car.
