Hi - I recently installed E55 front calipers and E63 rear calipers on my 2008 E320 bluetec. I've pressure bled the system, but the pedal seems to depress about 1/2 way before engaging the brakes. As the calipers are so much larger than stock, is there something that needs to be done to the SBC controller, etc? It's possible I didn't bleed them correctly, but used a high quality pressure bleeder, and was getting no air out of any of the calipers, and bled in proper sequence. I checked the EPC, and the master cylinder is the same PN on my Bluetec as on the E63. The SBCs have a different part number however. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
