Drives: 2006 E350 4-Magic Wagon

Nav suddenly stopped working-HELP!!!

I have a 2006 E350 4-Matic wagon with Nav. The Nav disk I have is 2007.1 - BQ 6 46 0229. The navigation has been working fine until recently when it got cold out and my battery died. I've had the battery replaced and now the nav doesn't work. When I hit the nav button on the comand I just keep getting a message to wait and the nav is being activated. I've popped the disk out and replaced it several times but can't seem to get it to work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
