I don't think there's much of anything as far as bolt ons which will make these cars go much faster.. Have you noticed any big gains from the VRP Headers or the 80mm TB ?

look closer, he owns a 55. probably looking to sell his stock headers to someone with a 500 now that he has the VRPs. I think they will bolt up to the 500 heads as IIRC the exhaust side is the same. You'd have to port the hell out of them to see any kind of decent gain though. |

I GUESS NOONE KNOWS THIS, EXCEPT ME, BUT THE EXHAUST MANIFOLDS ON AN W211 E55 AMG ARE EXACTLY THE SAME EXHAUST MANIFOLDS ON AN W211 E500 FROM 2003-2006....I STUMBLED UPON THIS WHEN REPLACING A CRACKED MANIFOLD AND WHEN I CALLED THE DEALER, THEY BOTH USE THE SAME PART NUMBER....SO TO ANSWER THE ORIGINAL QUESTION....THERE WILL BE NO GAIN WHATSOEVER ON INSTALLING STOCK E55 MANIFOLDS ON AN E500...THEYRE THE SAME....
