ac issues.. please help

its f*cken summer & this 100+degree temps aint cutting it.., especially in a tinted all blk leather ride..

2 of the hvac flap stepper motor are out.. got it scanned & 2 errors pop up.., 1(M16/30 left rear flap) & 2(M16/31 right rear flap)

i have no problem locating the 2 flaps but cant seem to figure out how to remove them,.. each has 3 screws holding them down, can reach 2 out of the 3 but cant get to the third screw..

does any one have step by step details on removing & replacing them?

any info will help...

Ok well as I can't see what the issue is I will just tell you what some people have done and maybe it will help. So if it is the metal frame that is blocking the one screw you have two options remove full dash and then remove frame then remove the screw (I have removed the dash and everything you see on my w203 except for the metal frame I didn't need to luckily) or option two is to get a drill bit a hair bigger than the screw head is and drill straight through the frame then you can remove the screw and as long as it is a tiny screw like on the w203 you really didn't compromise the metal enough to make a difference and you saved yourself probably 10 hours.
