CV3 installation Fail...Reassurance needed...

New to the forum, current owner of a 2005 e55 amg.

Purchased a new set of 19 inch CV3's this week, went to the shop yesterday to have them installed....and the **** show started.

My stock bolts wont work, I will need spacers, Im probably going to rub, there is no way they will fit and on and on and on....Seriously??

Now I have 3.5 k sitting on my living room floor stinking up my place with my poor baby sitting in the garage waiting for her new shoes...

tire set up is 245/35/19 front and 275/30/19 continental DWS mounted and balanced on 19 inch CV3 8.5 front 10.5 rear.

The F*k are these waakos talking about!! Im not slammed btw, bone stock....for now.

I have vossen cv3 on my e55 aswell. And yes they are correct your stock lug bolts will not work you need afternarket ones.

As for fitment I have
20x9 +32 with 245/30 tiresin front
20x11 +42 in rear with 295/25s in rear
I have no rubbing issues what's so ever and I have tons of clearance on my brakes(and my cars slammed)

thank you for your reply,

Do you know the size of the lug I should be looking into?

Any particular brand of lug look best on machined silver CV3's?

Yessir!

Installation is complete! thanks for the information.

Took a while at the mecano, had to change the stem valve to stumps on both front tires in order to clear the callipers.

The ride feels much stiffer, a little more responsive. No complaints!
