looks like a couple of loose connections, except for the ABS and Sensotronic Brake system, those "events" might frighten me, it really depends on the deal you are getting on this car, if it is under $10K and in good shape, I would consider it, but if it is at market rates, then there are quite a few of these cars out there, not like you can't find another one.

You said: "the diagnostic tool threw these"

So you tell us!

What Diag tool? SDS? Some POS OBDII Scanner? A piece of paper the current owner gave you?

Thanks for your response. I took it to a specialist Mercedes repair and service shop who plugged it into a diagnostic tool called autologic Mercedes software version 3.111.0 (Main version 4.438.0) 😳

Have your mechanic clear all the stored and current faults, drive the car awhile then scan the car again and post the faults!!

Ask the seller about any issues he had.

Did the battery go dead recently or has he had any trouble starting the car?

A bad battery or bad battery connections can generate a lot of seemingly unrelated codes. (Bad or low battery makes for "dirty power" and computers don't like dirty power.)
It may be nothing more than it has been sitting while waiting to sell and was jumped.
It also could be a POS with a never ending list of problems.
