Audio and 6CD changer shut-down

Audio and 6CD changer shut-down
I heard "TIC TIC" sound during 2 weeks.
After "TIC" sound, Audio Sound was shut down temporary(about 1 second).
And then return normal. But is happens every 10-20 min as same.
Finally, Now, On pushing "Power Switch", The MB Logo comes up on Screen.
And stay MB Logo. no working for Audio and Navi. and 6CD switch is also
not working.
Anybody know what is problem for this things??
Please hept to guide what I should do for re-working?
