How much does it cost to replace...

Hi,

A MB dealer costs me $1800 to get a throttle valve actuator replaced. I was told that there are 2 parts for TB and an actuator should be replaced. What is work hour for replacing an actuator? I see the part is around $400~$600. Does the work take that long hours?

Please help me. I have to face a service adviser today

96 and 08 911 turbos
The throttle actuator, part 1131410125 lists for $1,240. Online sources can get it for $930.

$1,240, plus about 2 hours for labor at $150/hr, plus tax is about $1,700.

If its prestige MB, they are marking up the part above MSRP.

If you are even remotely handy, you could replace this yourself with the bosch part at $350 or so.
