xenon dipped beam headlights too high

Hi. Just bought w211 e320 (2008) with xenon headlights. Getting a lot of flashes from other road users. Is there a manual adjustment possible or do I need to take it in for a diagnostic. Folks seem to be advising they're supposed to be auto levelling and they do react on start up.

There should be an auto-leveling feature as I believe that is a requirement for all cars on European roads. Your auto-leveling feature may not be working properly, I'd take it to a dealer or independent shop to have it checked out. Not sure if there's a way to manually adjust.
