Oil leak only when temps go below freezing

This is my second year on the East Coast; and love my 211. However, when temperatures go below freezing - and the car sits for a day or two - i get a silver dollar sized oil leak on the left front...

Has anyone else had this freskish leak?

The temperature related issue may be just a coincidence. Check your oil filter cap, make sure it's not leaking.

You might also want to try to see where it is coming from. Maybe the cam plugs? That would be an easy fix.

I would like to know how you can find the source of the freakish leak without putting the car on a lift!! Therefore I am not going to guess
