Aircon Clutch
Hi All. Mr aircon suddenly stopped blowing cold air. Had the gas checked and refilled. Cleared all fault codes. The clutch on the compressor is still not activating. Checked all fuses, ok. The clutch activates when direct power is fed. Will appreciate ideas on where else to look. Don't know if there is a relay to look for.

Out Of Control!!
Typically the AC controller will limit power to the clutch when there is a fault that could damage the compressor--------Do you remember all the fault codes that you erased???

Took the car to Cool Power here in Durban South Africa. When a direct pulse is placed on the compressor, the aircon worked perfectly fine. Scanned the car, picked up the control panel is faulty. Purchased replacement panel, now if only I can figure how to remove and replace without having to go to an external company.

No difference in story. I post for assistance as I pick them up. That was the code picked up during the initial scan. Today, the aircon company did another scan and picked up the control panel was faulty. I guess the only way to repair the fault is by replacing each part picked up during the scan. You may recall I recently had a problem with my gearbox. replaced all parts as suggested by members of forums. Finally I had the gearbox company pull down the box and completely overhaul it. Runs like new.

I replaced the aircon control panel. Replaced the pressure switch. filled with gas. The aircon will not activate. Cleared all fault codes, however one code will not clear (9370 Communication error of AC bus with component R22/3 (Heater Booster)
Any idea where else to look.
Thanks and appreciated

OK, finally sorted. All those fault codes cost a lot of money for nothing. The green wire from the compressor was damaged. Simple half meter rewire and cold again.
Thanks All, for the suggestions.
