2009 C300 Sport

Alternator pulley tool

What size of serrated (triple square) is needed to remove the alternator pulley (2003 220 CDI) -- 10mm, 12mm, 14mm?

I have the socket. I need to know what size of the triple square is used to counter hold the shaft,while the socket is applied concentrically to the pulley.

Ok, it's an M10 size that fits. Now just need to figure out if it is reverse threaded or not.
