Mwahahahaha another fellow e550 owner. Be warned.. once the modding fever begins.. there is no end to it..
With that being said, rear spoilers are not hard to find. I found mine on ebay for a steal at around $80. They're probably around $200 new. Front lip wise you only have one choice on a sport package E and it's basically this style.

Another awesome member did a muffler delete on his e550 and it's a pretty good bang for your buck mod in terms of exhaust sound.

You can push things even further and go for the e63 amg style body kit (front/rear bumper, left/right side skirt or rocker panel) but that is very pricey. The e63 has a lot more cosmetic options compared to non amg's.
Airmatic lowering + washer method is a pretty cheap option in terms of lowering your car is you're into that stuff. You will have a lot of inner tire wear though if you don't get something like those k-mac bushings.
Lights! Everywhere! HID headlights, possibly fog lights, LED interior lights, and illuminated door sills are pretty nice. There's also the side marker lights for the exterior.
I tinted my tail lights just a tad bit for a different look but still looks pretty stock. May or may not be for you.
Tread carefully..

How durable and strong is the 3M tape? I had seen a body shop and they advised against it. I'd love to put a spoiler on mine, but am nervous about it. Maybe those who had done it could give us a better idea!!

Be careful with the eBay one, it states black but the picture is a carbon fiber. Doesn't state matte black or gloss black. Might have to clear it up with seller. Then again if it's gloss black it might still not be the correct black.

MBWorld Fanatic!
I was not taking chances with mine; OEM AMG spoiler was over $700; paid MB shop another $100 to stick it on using polyurethane glue (and that was in the dead of winter; took hours to dry even in a heated shop).

The 3M VHB tape is strong stuff! It will last until you manually remove it. Clean the surface with rubbing alcohol and stick that baby on.
