2009 E350-Radio Died
The battery of my 2009 E350 got discharged. Have it boosted and everything came back to normal, except for the radio which says "device not available". After making several inquiries, somebody advised that I needed the radio code and even my mechanic said the same. However, when I called the MB Service Dept., I was told that this model year of E350 does not come with radio code and instead advised me to make an appointment for them to check the car. I inquired from them the cost for the repair and they told me that they have to run a diagnostic test which will be about $149 to $300 and this does not include fixing the problem. Is there somebody out there who has the same problem and probably help me out on this. Thanks to every one.
