Brake Noise Coming thru Audio Speakers

About a year ago, I installed new rear brakes; rotors and pads. After installation, a rubbing sound would occur when I stepped on brakes, which slowed down as car's speed was reduced. It felt like something was rubbing when brakes were deployed. I had the INDY look at it like 3 times, and he could not figure out what caused the noise. So, I decided to ignore it since I reasoned that with time, the rubbing would show some markings and it would be easier to identify. Over the past 6 months, the frequency has gone down, but lately the noise is coming thru my speakers. I know this because when I mute sound system, noise stops.

What kinda noise is it? Is it even related? It's something like, "shick, shick. shick."

I had something similar happen with my car but it was in front.

Check the bolts that mount the caliper for tightness.
