Do the Gas and Diesel 211's share the same brakes
I'm ordering brakes for my E class and on the site it says :
Mercedes
E 320 BlueTEC (W211) w/ 3.0L OM642 Engine (2007-2009)
E 320 CDI (W211) w/ 3.2L OM648 Engine (2004-2006)
I'd go elsewhere but I like the price and the fact that it includes everything, I'm only doing the front right now.
Are they the same for my gas version? Sorry if that's a stupid question I just want to make sure they're right.

Out Of Control!!
You do know that you posted two different types of diesels--A--CDI and B-- BlueTEC.
You also know or at least have said you drive a gasser---why not go back to the web site and look and then select your model and the parts for your car---that's not too hard is it!!

yes, I do, and that's because I copied THEIR description so thanks for pointing out the obvious, it took you more time to complain then it would have to say either "yes" or "no" not hard is it?! i did a google search and it brought me to a site that specializes in diesel german cars but instead of buying everything separate, its in a kit, and I like that, pay attention. I can't find the same kit elsewhere, so yes, I posted this question for a reason. Oh, and I think I can manage to figure out what fuel my car takes, thanks, oh condescending one.

ALL I wanted to know was do the gas vehicles and diesels use the same brakes so that I can order this kit, I figured they probably do but with this car things aren't always what they seem

It appears both the 2006 E350 gas and E320 diesel use front rotor oem part number 2114210812.
But it also appears you drive a 2004 E320 4-Matic, which this part number does not fit. 2114211212 fits your car.
autohausaz.com is a good source for searching common part numbers.

MB like to change the parts without any warning and even the same MY can have different pads and sensors.
The only way to avoid errors is use EPC (in stickies here).
When I was buying parts at local warehouse the salesman told me that I should have VIN on my cellphone all the time.
On W210 rear pads could have single pin or double pin. Sometimes even VIN would not answer correctly. The only sure thing was pulling the wheel and taking a look.
