I believe my issue is SOLVED

Now the solution. I did the "I wanna burn off a set of tires" ECU reset which as a side effect corrected the issue. This tells me it was my brake controller all along, making the driver rear wheel freak out for a little while.

ECU started re-learning, problem is back. Now I'm baffled. I took the driver rear wheel off pavement and it doesn't seem to have any weirdness to it, no play, spins fine. However, I obviously can't spin it by hand 30 MPH to see if that changes.

Issue appears to be resolved now, not what I expected.

I had a tear in an air line coming off the airmatic compressor, making it vibrate more than usual, and it happened to feel like it was coming from the rear for whatever reason.
