2004 E500 wheel fitment??? New to the MB world

hows it going guys i just picked up a 2004 MB E500 for my wife. I hate the 16 inch stock wheels, but i have a buddy who has a set of 18 staggered 10 spoke oem staggered sport wheels off his 2008 E350.

will these wheels fit on the 2004 E500??

Even generally wheels between the same models are interchangeable and even different model years have been using the same sizing, the proper way is to read the sizing molded inside the wheel and compare them
Bolt patterns seem to be universal for lot of MB models, but width and offset can be critical.
Do you know in fact that the wheels your friend has are original from E350? Don't recall E350 coming with staggered wheels.

I agree with kajtek1 the stock w211 rims are interchangeable on the chasis, except for the 4MATIC where staggered rims are not recommended but will fit.
