Right rear brake light

I have an 08 E350 and my passenger brake light isn't working well.
During day light, you can't tell it works at all and in the dark, it barely puts off light when pressed.
Any suggestions and help will be greatly appreciated.

Determine the cause of the problem---then fix the problem---if you can't do that then find someone with the experience that can or live with the issue and get on with your life!!

Lieutenant Obvious, I hereby give you this field promotion to Captain.

FH, you're losing volts at a bad connection somewhere. Start at the socket the bulb lives in and work your way backwards through the wiring until you get where the corrosion or loose connection is. It could be as simple as a loose socket. The knowledge of how to use a multimeter will be required, at the least.

I removed the tail lamp yesterday. It's only the brake light acting up. It is at the top with the 2 connectors and wires running to the LED. I cleaned connections and checked grounds yesterday. This is why I'm posting for suggestions.

Swap with driver side this will confirm if LED plate needs replacement.

Thanks, I'll do that this evening! If that is the problem, where's the best source for that light?
