I just got the 2118170378 bracket without mounting hardware. It's the bent bracket that goes on on nose of the front bump.

The bracket likely mounts using ~6 mm sheet metal screws that taps into the bumper (say 25 mm long).

What screws to use to mount the license plate to the bracket? Holes will need to be drilled.
Looks like a 6 mm diameter.

The bracket is made of 2.5 mm thick ABS plastic, so not much to hold the screws.

The rear plate is held by 6 mm x 10 mm machine screws.

Thanks. They look like sheet metal screws. From my bin, it looks like some shorter screws into the bumper. However a 12 mm long screw to hold the plate to bracket will be too long (no license frame).
All my other cars had plastic expanding mounts for the screws.
