Thermotronic rear climate problem

Hi, my thermotronic climate control in the rear is not working. Ever since I bought this car I have had the rear climate panel non functional. I have checked the plugs that go into the back of the unit itself but everything is tight. I can also see that there is no power going to the unit as it is not changing on the main unit. Thanks

Is front panel reading rear settings?
When back panel plugs are ok, I would check plugs on front climatronic.

The front panel is reading the rear settings, I can change the rear settings on the front panel but can't on the rear panel.

That might be a good thing.
Our small dog likes to stand with front legs on arm rest and somehow he manage to reset the rear control. When my AC seems to struggle, I check it and the rear is set to 88F
From your description sounds like LCD panel is shoot. Try to put flashlight on it.
Than again, how much do you care?

I don't really care that much as I have never really had anybody sit at the back anyway. I'm very ocd about things that don't work so it's more of an annoyance than a inconvenience I guess.
