Oil Tube removal -
i search the forum and could not find any DIY or instruction how to remove the oil dipstick tube on E500.. i need to change the grommet seal on the tube.. please direct me if anyone know how to remove the tube

No experience on this particular engine, but all MB I did have had the dipstick tube pressed-in and side bracket bolted somewhere.
Took some tapping to pull it out.

i know that there is a bolt holding the tube - i tried to pull out the tube but it seems like is has something that holding it from the inside.. i will try again to later this week to see if i can remove them
