Brake Service message popped up last week. Took it to the dealer today and it was the SBC unit. Now, I'd searched on here and seen that MB created a 10 year warranty and thought I was covered. Nope, warranty expired one month ago. The service advisor wouldn't even try to contact MB and see if they'd help me out since its a known issue. I did write to MB and I'm looking forward to filling out the survey for the dealership. I do have to admit, I'm losing faith. I've had quite a few issues in the past year and the car only has 120k miles. The issues have all been things that I've never had to deal with on 'lesser' cars.

What exactly you have with SBC?
Sorry to hear you missed the warranty by a month, but when the train left, it is gone.
