Oil change

So what do others recommend for oil change. What brand filter and what brand oil? Car has 130000miles on it.

Stick with the oem filters, fleece type usually made by Mann. As for oil you can't go wrong with the Euro-spec Mobil 1 0w40. If you can afford it, the Pennzoil Ultra Platinum made from natural gas. Your engine will be cleaner after running that.

Hurry up to WalMart ... 5-qt jugs of Mobil-1 0W-40 on sale for $25. There's also a Mobil-1 rebate in effect for a limited period. Order fleece filters ... Mann, Hengst, or MB ... online. Amazon Prime is a good place to start looking.
