Well, I have been carefully removing my headliner from bits an d pieces of info gleaned from this site. I can't get my headliner down very far, but I was able to remove the motor gear cover. It is bent and the gear are worn...is there a soarce for these parts/or must I purchase a new motor. Is there a fix to reinforce these covers????

Thanks Nivram 13, I checked the site you referenced...it was very helpful.
I going to make the reinforcement plate described...that will fix it along with the proper lube...

Well I made the plate and obtained 20mm long, 4mm x.07 machine bolts at my local Lowes.. installed all.
I tested the Pano roof operation and well....the roof opens and closes as it should. However, the pano roof shade in the rear does not open more than 2", and my rear widow shade still does not operate.
So back to the drawing board on those two issues.
By the way, I am still struggling with re-installing my rear view mirror...think I will install it before snapping the light counsel in the roof.
