Long crank after sitting overnight
My wife's 2008 E350 E 4matic has developed a long crank when it is first started in the morning. It takes several seconds for the car to start. The car has about 102,000 miles on it and one of the batteries was replaced last year.

Out Of Control!!
Could be loads of things, some off the top of the head ideas could be the ignition system components and or crank position sensor or as indicated fuel pressure!!
