They just have to make it difficult for us. Guess I'll have to figure out how to do that 😁. Or take it when I get some other stuff done anyway

Best looking (IMO) W212 I've seen (and in a rare and stunning Iridium Silver with matching color wheels).

How did you manage to mount 245/35-20s upfront without touching upper shield/perch? Did the lowering springs change tire to suspension angle to prevent rubbing?

He is using the correct offset for flush wheels. I'm using the exact same offset on my 19"s and my wheels are flush as well no need for spacers with proper offsets

Thanks for the props. The wheels are not a perfect paint match but close enough.

In my experience, these Hankook tires run a little narrow so I only get a little rubbing if I roll over a major dip or bump in the road. I wanted to mount 235/35-20 but there are not that many mfg that make that size. 235/35-20 is the proper size when matched with 275/30-20 tires.

The springs did alter the camber a little bit but I had an alignment performed. After alignment, the front wheels are within OEM spec and the rear wheels are -0.5 degrees from OEM spec. So far tire wear has been good so I will not need a camber kit.

I fail to see what does wheels' offsets (which I know all there's to know about just about better than most) have to do with my question? I was inquiring about what was done to fit 245/35-20 (a.k.a 26.8" diameter) tires upfront (on non-airmatic W212) without rubbing on the suspension's shield/perch.

It is possible that he is not having issues because of the negative camber after the drop or more than likely there is enough room for the tire. However, i could understand the question with 245/35/20 being around one inch larger than the factory size which is 25.7".

Something to consider for SweetJazz, maybe when your rear tires wear out, I believe you would be better off running 285/30/20 if you are going to stick with the same setup, in order to better match the diameter or your front tires, and on top of that the wider the rear tires the better the looks

For the record, my camber up front is at 0 degrees. The reason I do not rub that much up front is due to the narrow tread width of these particular tires. I have run them before on my old Acura and that is why I chose them for this vehicle. Hankook does not make a 235/35-20 so I went with 245/35-20 which is what most people run anyways. My next set of tires will include 235/35-20 up front. 285/30-20 will definitely rub with the offset I am running in the rear.

Sweet thanks, that's definitely the best looking lip spoiler out there for the w212. I don't have quad exhaust tips or a nice looking diffuser though, the spoiler might be too aggressive for my car :P It might work if I color match it.

Yea, it is definitely the most aggressive spoiler style.
But, the old spoiler also looks very boring.
