C/D: 0-60 4.8sec for e550 4matic

CD test in link below. I thought the 5.3sec from mfr seemed conservative.

Great article. The 550 has awsome power
Which is quicker ? The 4MATIC or AWD ? I have the AWD 550 and the car hauls ***..

assuming you meant 4matic or rwd. think there was a motor trend article out some time ago arguing the 4matic was faster due to benefit of added grip which helps keep traction control from kicking in. All this is based on stock tires though

I could see where the 4 matic could be faster cause everytime I see them do a 0 to 60 in the RWD, they always have wheel spin which will drop a few tenths. If you completely stick the rears, it should out excelerate the 4matic due to less weight and frictional losses turning another drive train.
