Used W212?

Was wondering if anyone knew when the W212 would start to show up on the pre-owned lots. We currently have 2 W211's but want to upgrade to a W212 in the next year or so. Was hoping to spend under $40k. Does anyone think we will start seeing them for that price by next summer?

I'm looking for the guaranteed to win lottery numbers. Has to be a jackpot in the hundreds of million. Anybody know these? I'll share the prize money.

i think you'll see quite a few now. regional search near me pulled quite a few.

auction values now on P2 packaged cars, low miles is about 45K even in excellent condition.

It could be possible. They're hovering in the mid $40's with around 10K Miles it seems, with some maybe lower, and higher, etc.

I saw that "Hertz" just unloaded a bunch to the Autotrader (Ads) however, all in the high $30's, some even as low as $37K. These have about 20K Miles on them, and were the earliest production W212's, used as Rental Cars.

I know the dealership just picked up an '10 GL for my wife last week to use as her demo, from the auction...the vehicle was used as a PGA Tour official vehicle, has less than 2k miles on it. Not sure if these auctions are available to the general public, but it would seem to me that there are alot of vehicles that could be had - my guess is the US Tennis Open vehicles are also available or have been sold to dealers all over as well at this point. We saw a ton of them at the open the couple days that we attended - GL's, S's and E's.

Just checked the online inventory for the 3 closest dealers to me and nobody has any W212 E classes. Im hoping people start trading them in or returning 2 year leases around next summer when I expect to pick one up

I will try to avoid the ones used as rentals (as they probably have very high miles!).

Yeah, I'd definitely avoid the Rentals. There's a reason why they're SO damn cheap!
