Interior Lights Going Out at 600 Miles???

When I press the rear interior light button from the controls above the driver and passenger seats, nothing happens. Is there supposed to be a light that comes on in between the two rear reading lights? If there is a light between the reading lights, its not coming on when I press that button. Will the dealer have to drop the headliner to gain access to fix it? I don't want to hear rattles and squeaks coming from the headliner in the future if they do...

Also, I think my passenger sun visor is misaligned. When its open and I open the mirror, the light doesn't come on even when the visor is locked in. I looked at the metal points on the visor and they don't even come close to lining up!

Has anyone had any problems with their E350 in terms of lighting? I've only had the car for 2 weeks and two bulbs (well, I'm not sure about the rear light - if there is even one at all) have fused...

Your questions should all be answered in the Owner's Manual. Give it a shot.

Thanks! I didn't know information about alignment of the sun visor would be in my owner's manual, but I'll give it a shot

Obviously the alignment of your sunvisor will not be in your Owner's Manual. In fact, if it is infact out of align, that should be a very simple fix at your dealer. What has your dealer told you? A smart fella like you has no doubt already had the dealer look at it. The other questions you had on lights WILL be in your Owner's Manual. Hope you get your issues resolved. I have not had any lighting issues with my 2011 E, and, I do not recall reading any posts about others having issues similar to yours.
