Total and absolute misuse of the lemon laws. If the guy is still driving his MB then it can't really be a lemon, right?

I would like to hear from Mercedes why they don't want to pay the judgement at the first place. It looks like Mercedes is putting a bad image on themselves. Overall Mercedes makes good cars, but if there is one lemon, they usually very helpful to replace it and I hope that's what they are doing otherwise I need to put a second thought on my next Mercedes.

aside form the bad press, (no such thing right?), I don't see how MB could really give a crap to begin with......
MB has piles and piles and piles and piles and PILES of money............... they have so many patents and car sales...... I mean damn.......when will the money be enough? I agree with CEB about the whole process looking bad because of lawyers like that....

If I were MB, I would have taken this to the US supreme court. They can afford it. US tort laws are insane. This is a great example.
The general public is paying for this in the purchase of all products and services. Healthcare comes to mind as the most abused by the scum tort lawyers. |

What comes to mind?
Well my first thought that came to mind after reading it is the french word for shower. if you are too lazy to look it up it is DOUCHE.
