my phone bluetooth works great, however, I cannot seem to get my galaxy note 2 music to play on my 2010 E 350. Any suggestions? I purchase the cable but I get a message that reads, incompatible device. Any suggestions?

My LG G2 paired with the modue, contacts transferred but says no service

Can anyone help with this. The phone says it is paired the radio shows my contacts and my previous calls but when I try to make a call even my voicemail the radios says no service.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Are you sure you actually have cell phone service to your phone when the car radio displays the no service message? No service usually means the phone is outside of the service area.

My S4 worked well, the S5 even better.

I think it's time for a new phone, the pool of folks who might be able to help you is shrinking everyday.

can you please walk me through it. Thanks in advance

cell phone pair to2003 CLK 320 Cab

I have had this car for years, maintained 16 years by same large MB dealer.(Hendrick in Charlotte) The cell phone had to be reprogrammed. NOw I need to pair once more to android Samsung S7. . It worked fine for years, same phone, same car. The tech screwed with it for a while but told me he could not do it and wanted me to leave the car so a tech could look at it.
The minimum charge was 140$. we have bought several cars from this dealer. The can go pound sand. Took this old MB which IS NOT A DAILY driver to anothr dealer (Felix Sabates,) they paired it up immediately.
Got me a cofeefe all no charge.
I should be able to do this myself if I have instructions. I looked for help on this website, but all I want is instructions not a tutorial on all the nuances of thecomplicated technical aspects of an electrical system
