FYI: if your mesh grill on lower bumper cracks, you have to remove bumper to replace
I had to do this last Friday. The lower bumper mesh is only $53 on parts.com but the labor was $150 at the Indy.
It looked like you could go from underneath the car and after removing the lower valence, possibly take it out quickly, but NOPE.
to get to this you have to remove the bumper cover. Took 2 hrs total, and a lift would be recommended to get under the car in a un-back bending way.
you have to remove the lower valence, grill, fender liners, and then 2 very angled torx screws, a bunch of electrical connectors and wiring harnesses, and a bunch of plastic push pin and snap in rectangle type of clips. 2 people would be beneficial when it comes to removing and re aligning the bumper cover itself.
tools needed are 25mm torx screwdriver, 8mm socket, 10mm socket, small flat head screwdriver, some pliers, and a lot of patience because there is like a million little clips that hold all the front end together.
Glad I saved the $150 though!
