Aftermarket Warranty: USAA Assurant or MB NAC Pinnacle??
Hi all - I just purchased a 2010 E550 with 42,000 miles on it. Shopping warranty plans and know you guys have advice. I've gotten quotes from MB North Houston (NAC) and USAA (Assurant). What do you think of these plans and the quotes? Both cover full labor rate.
MB NAC: $100 deductible
3 years or additional 50,000 miles - $4774.00
4 years or additional 50,000 miles - $5014.00
4 years or additional 75,000 miles - $6861.00
USAA Assurant: $0 deductible
2 years or additional 24,000 miles - $2245
3 years or additional 36,000 miles - $3575
4 years or additional 48,000 miles - $5700
I will be very close to 12 or 13k miles per year. Opinions on plan are much appreciated.

Did you ask the dealer if they would allow an exception and let you get the MB extended warranty? I was over miles and they called MB financial services who allowed an exception. Might be a chance for you since the car is probably just out of warranty by a few months.

Dealership told me that they asked, but because the factory warranty expired in 2013 they wouldn't go back that far...
I noticed at least a few people with very good luck with the USAA plans, so I'm leaning that route since no deductible and they have a 2yr option. In 2 years I can further extend...thoughts?
