2014 E350 lease deal......Good or bad?
Hello everyone,
I'm new to this forum. What do you think of this lease deal...
2014 E350 MSRP 61690
Black on Beige, AMG wheels, Prem pack 1, Parktronic, Spoiler
My lease: 800 total down, 521.97 monthly including tax, 10K miles a year for 27 months with an option to return at 23 months
any thoughts?

I'm not an expert, but I think that looks like a pretty good deal. You're putting almost nothing down, but keeping a payment well below 1% of MSRP, which is the lease sweet spot that I've constructed in my head.

As had been mentioned in numerous posts on this site,it is virtually impossible to determine if a lease is a "good" deal without knowing the all the factors involved -
Money Factor
Residual Value
MSRP
Selling Price
Cap Cost Reduction
Term of lease (including miles/year)
Lease origination fee
Lease termination fee
Taxes included or excluded
Post this information and it is easy to determine what kind of deal you are being offered.

This is a fairly decent deal for leftover 2014s.
Some people are waiting out for the "hotter" winter sales event.
I think you can squeeze 12k/27m out of that payment.
