All season floor mats slippery

Anyone else have these? about 80% of the time they feel fine, but if I'm in sneakers it feels like my heel is going to slip off the break or accelerator. Any advice on hacks or whether this goes away?

I have the weather techs and agree with u... And when I'm wearing sneakers

Since it's not often raining out it's not as big of a deal for me

What brand mats do u have?

I have these.

I feel like they are moderately slippery even without rain. Now I'm scared of what's going to happen when it rains.

I don't think those are weathertechs, Mine don't have the Mercedes logo. My dealership said that the weather techs are better than the Mercedes brand you should probably switch

My Weather techs do not slip when it's dry

No issues here.

I have the OEM mats. YMMV, but I have had no issues at all with any type of shoe. I like the honeycomb pattern because it prevents water from sloshing around during the snowy winter months. During the summer, I rotate in the carpeted mats as it doesn't rain a ton here in New England. By the end of September, the rubber mats will be back in for the next six months.

2014 E550-sold 😩
^I'm with you, Joey for all the same reasons. I don't like the design of those kitchen sink floor mats. They look terrible. The honeycomb mats look and work very well.
