Update on my E350 Wagon Purchase

Been lurking on this site for a month, researching for an E350 wagon. Originally looking for a 11/12 CPO wagon. Found one but was not in good shape. While at the dealer, decided to look at the new inventory. Make a long story short, went home with a new 14 E350 wagon with P2 goodies, and other options that I would never have thought about getting. But saw the car...really liked it! You only live once! Here's to keeping here for the next 10 years, like the car i traded in! My first wagon, 03 BMW 525i Touring.

Thanks again to this forum for all it's information!

thank's! Forgot how much a pain the break in period is! What's the max speed do you go during break in.

Congrats,
There is various thoughts on break in period, some even say it's not necessary , some way drive it like you normally drive the cars . Rather than maximum speed drive your car in various speeds and don't use cruise control and not stick to constant speed .This is what I did when I had my car as new

I love the wagons. It seems like they are becoming more popular in our area. Enjoy

Congrats.

That's a white hot wagon.

If you don't mind me asking, about how much more did you pay vs used or how much off sticker did you negotiate?

Out of curiosity, how much did they offer for your trade?

The 2012 w212 cpo I was looking at was being priced at 39K with about 28k miles. Just came of lease. Just was not happy with the condition of the car, even with low miles.

Got 8K of list, not including my trade in.

Got $4250 as trade in. I was just glad to trade it in. Some expenses came up on the car that I did not want to spend on a 10 year old car with over 100,000 miles. But she was good to me. If I was mechanically inclined, I would have kept the car.
