HIDs and LED parking finally installed!

I finally had a chance to install my Morimoto kit and AZN Optics parking light LEDs. What an amazing difference that makes. Here are a couple of quick pics with the SLR.

Looks nice! Did you get the 194 wedge from Azn optics? 194 Wedge

I've got some on order. Also did you change the high beams?

How difficult was the install for the HID?

Lights from the retrofit source

I light the light output. Did you purchase from AZN or TRS? I just retrofitted my MB with projectors from the theretrofitsource.com but am looking to get some replacement HID 50W bulbs and ballasts. I love the new cutoff for my retro fitted Morimotos mini H1's but I think it can be better. Also, how much did you pay?

Those are the ones! I did nothing to the high beams.

As far as the HIDs, I have done a number of these installs on other makes. However, I will say for me these were a PITA. My hands are BIG and even after pulling off tires and wheel wells, just getting my hands in between things was a challenge. I would say if you are average sized, this would be no big deal. (I am a 6'5" former college football player Lineman).

Yeah the Morimotos seem to be very high quality as far as the wiring harness, etc. I had installed Xentec kits in the past, but wanted to try something different. So far I am thrilled with the output and cutoff. Honestly man, I cannot even tell you how much I paid for them. I also bought on retrofitsource.com, but back in April.

Looking good, did you wire in the high beam on the projectors?

Just bought a set of these Morimotos to retrofit into my 02 GMC Sierra Denali.

Post some beam and cutoff pics.

I will snap some cutoff pics this weekend. It's a snow storm right now.

Were the 194 wedges used in the same housing as the headlight to replace the little light that comes on when you turn your steering wheel at slow speeds? Or were they used to replace the bulb that goes in the separate housing closer to the center grill?

Here is a poor cutoff pic. It wasn't entirely dark, but you hopefully get the picture.
