Cool From 2012 c300 to 2012 e350.... Questions

So I've been a proud owner of 2012 c300 for a couple years now. The car is pretty basic other than the nav and rearview cam. Great car so far but I came across an awesome e350. It's white and fully loaded. Lighting pack, lane assist pack, premium 2 pack, pano sunroof, rear spoiler, and 18" amg wheels. Basically everything I want in a Benz lol
The car has 32800 miles and looks like just came out of a lease owner. It's listed for $37900 and is CPO. Here are my questions:

1. Is this a good move since it's a 2012 with 32k miles on?
2. What's the lowest I can ask for? I know I can get off $1500 easily lol
3. I know 2012 w212 has a new engine with more power, anything bad with the engine so far or things I should keep in mind?
4. How much more the CPO adds to the warranty? 1 yr? 10k miles?
5. Finally, any suggestions, thoughts, advice is welcome.

Thanks in advance.

My opinion: If you don't need the larger size (which I wanted, especially for rear seat passengers) keep the C300. It's a nice car and good daily driver.

I had a c300, and you will love the E, night and day ride. The miles seem fine, is it 4 matic? Looks like your C is not. The cpo ( I believe) adds one year to std warr. and unlimited miles for that LAST year. Not sure on the numbers would have to look it up, and are you trading etc. the lower the better ;-)

I don't really need the extra space in the back but looking for better ride while keeping a sporty look which this one offers that. I always liked the w212 body style.

It is 4matic and my c is too. The warranty expiring soon concerns me a little. Any services or parts I should ask to be replaced before delivery?? That's if i buy of course hehe

Ask to see the CPO checklist, it's very comprehensive and they bring anything out of spec on that list into spec. they always do the next service and I believe cover the next two service appts.
Obviously the things to study are the wear items, brakes and tires.
cars with significant cosmetic issues don't get cpo'd.

Put it off until the week after christmas, lots of E350's coming off of lease at years end, inventory might be high.

Thank you. Last time I bought at the end of year almost kicked myself in the face because I saw the same car at lower price 2 weeks later in the new year lol. I'm sure that e350 isn't going anywhere so I'm going to test drive after the new year's. And yes the brakes wear and tear is a concern. I think that gets replaced at 40k mile service?? My c300 is due in the spring for pads maybe new front rotors.
