THE C350
Have you done any research on them? I would send them an email and if you don't get a response contact your cc company.

Yes, contact credit card company to invalidate the charges. If you want to buy HIDs, do it from a reliable shop such as "the retrofit source", candle power, etc.
also pay a visit to "HID planet" for some valuable advice on HID conversions. Good luck.

One thing I'll say is that at least they don't make any claims about DOT (department of transportation) approval. Most if not all aftermarket HID kits are not DOT approved and most sites don't mention that part. Technically if it's not DOT approved, it's illegal to drive on the street with them. Some cops write tickets for it, some don't, depends on the area and how obvious it is. The 8000k bulbs are usually a dead giveaway that it's not factory. I believe the other key problem with conversion kits is that if you use the factory projector it won't focus the HID light properly and you'll end up blinding other drivers and while it may appear brighter on the short range, because the projector is designed for halogens, your long range vision may be worse.

thanks for the responses, I done research on the Philips HID, supposedly one of the best aftermarket available http://www.philips.com.au/e/car-lights/home.html
only was able to find the one website that sells them and one another one for the same price. damn, seems like nobody heard of them before.
