roof and truck spoiler stick on.... easy to come off?

2011 mercedes e350 w212
roof and truck spoiler stick on.... easy to come off?
I've been thinking about buying them but knowing there are no screws.... just 2 tapes.... and i will be parking my car outside.... plus winter in canada i m wondering if the spoilers would be coming off easy? Anyone living up north in the cold and had spoiler any issues at all? Thanks.

yes they do. I have taped mine three times already and the corners are up again. Getting tired of it.

I should add that the trunk is fine and never came off from the original installation 15 months ago. I think the roof is because it's on glass.
