Video Aux NTG 4.7 Without Media Interface who can help ?

Video Aux NTG 4.7 Without Media Interface who can help ?
Hi everyone,

Engineering Menu shows me Video Aux greyed out. Coming from Audio20 I have the Comand NTG 4.7 Online + rear camera retrofitted by local dealer. There is no Media Interface installed. MB claims there is no way to unlock Video Aux. I connected a front camera by myself to the 2. green fakra connecter next to the rear camera fakra port. My intention is to select video aux manually by the assistent driver every time I'm parking straight forward. Is it possible to unlock Video Aux via Star Diagnosis ? If there is no other possibility I would install an aftermarket Video-Interface but my favourite option would be the "Video Aux method"...
