Won't turn over, shift
So I picked up a 2012 E350 off the auction, put it together, everything was perfect for two days. Then I ran the battery down while I was putting the interior back in, and suddenly I've got a ton of problems.
Voltage: car dynomode voltage shows 11.6v, and wont start with a jumpstarter. No turning over whatsoever, just a series of whines coming from the engine area.
Tranny: It also started giving me the following message: Do not shift gear, visit service. I can't shift at all, not even into neutral to push it out of my garage.
The car was hit in the back, so it shouldn't be having any issues, and drove just fine for two days before it started having this issue. Any ideas?

Did you fully charge the battery back up? The column shifter is electronic and is activated by a battery as well. No juice in the car and you aren't going anywhere. Maybe read the manual?

Maybe you blew the main starter fuse while messing around inside. Who knows? Start with that.

Sounds like you know what you're doing with jumpstarting but I have had issues jumpstarting my W212. It take a lot of juice compared to other cars I've jumped. First I would first ask what are the specs of your jumpstarter?
I've only jumped my W212 off my other car and I would usually have to leave it connected with donor car running and wait at least 5 minutes maybe even 10 minutes before it would crank. If I tried sooner I would either get nothing or a whimper of a crank.
Like Key08 suggested, try to fully charge the battery up first. Be sure of high voltage charger while battery connected. Even if you get it started, these alternators are low output so I would not rely on that alone to recharge a depleted battery.

^ yeah, for sure don't count on your alternator to keep your battery at optimum charge. We are saving the environment, remember?
11.6v=15% battery charge, but I assume you know that.

The car has two batteries does it not? A larger one and a smaller Aux Battery.

I mentioned the column shifter battery in post#2. But, he gone...

Nope, still here, was just busy. Got the battery charged up, and found a blown 20A fuse. After that, the car started, and ran for a few minutes before it ran out of gas. I filled it up, and now it refuses to start again. Cranks, but wont catch or dies after a few seconds. Also, now the seats refuse to move, and the tranny is still giving the warning sign.
Did an OBD scan, and it threw out an error along the lines of "lost connection with fuel pump control module", and a similar one for the tranny.

Just tried again, it starts, but the idle jumps around really bad and it revs very erratically, dying every 10 seconds to a minute. I'm assuming it's not getting enough gas.

One more update: Looks like nothing is getting electricity: The gauges and starter are good, but the interior lights, seats, and the fuel pumps are not getting electricity. Not starting again, guess it just cranked the previous time cause some fuel had trickled to it. Any suggestions where to look next?

maybe the car didnt run long enough to fully charge the battery. when you ran out of fuel, you may have dried out the lines or sipped through all the gunk from your tank and now your fuel lines are clogged.
in this case, maybe its best to have your car towed to the dealer or indi who knows whats hes doin and get it diagnosed. so much better than playing the blame game.

A serious question, since you bought it off auction at what I assume was a great price. I know it had accident damage, but any chance this car was in a flood? It's acting like a flood damaged car which creates one electrical problem after another.
